We use this information to respond to your inquiry, provide the cahbi platform, support real estate brokerage and mortgage brokerage services provided by John Palmer, evaluate purchasing power, prepare or submit mortgage-related information when you authorize it, provide portal and MLS/VOW access where permitted, maintain compliance records, detect security issues, and communicate with you.

Some categories may be sensitive personal information under California law. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for disclosed purposes, legal obligations, regulatory obligations, dispute resolution, and audit records.
